Design

The design is developed from the information gathered in the analysis phase. The team works on visual proposals aligned with the client's brand identity, taking into account aesthetic, functional and technical criteria.

We study design positioning on the garment or support, legibility, color adaptation and compatibility with the planned customization systems, ensuring the final design is viable, reproducible and consistent at industrial scale.

Solution Definition

Once the design is validated, the most suitable solution for its application is defined. This process involves selecting the customization technique based on the fabric or surface, the intended use of the product, and durability, resistance and maintenance requirements.

In this phase we determine processes such as sublimation, Direct to Film (DTF), anti-migration transfers, heat-applied patches, embroidery or direct UV printing, ensuring a technically optimal and consistent result in volume production.

Material Preparation

Material preparation is a key phase to guarantee the efficiency and stability of the production process. At this point we adjust formats, colors and supports, and we run prior technical tests to verify the compatibility between materials and customization techniques.

This step lets us anticipate possible incidents, reduce errors in production and ensure all elements are correctly prepared before starting manufacturing.

Production & Customization
